Community Impact Measurement
Neighborhood Housing Services Oklahoma (NHSOKLA), in partnership with NeighborWorks America and Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma (NACOK), is launching the 2026 Community Impact Measurement (CIM) Project to better understand the needs, priorities, and vision of residents in northeast Oklahoma City. The project will focus on the Culbertson East Highland and Ross Heights neighborhoods, where resident surveys and neighborhood observations will gather valuable information about housing, safety, public services, and community conditions to help guide future investment and revitalization efforts. Approximately 250 randomly selected households will be invited to participate, with outreach taking place through mail, QR codes, online surveys, neighborhood events, and door-to-door engagement.

“The Community Impact Measurement Survey gives residents an important opportunity to share their experiences, priorities, and hopes for their neighborhood,” said Katrina Washington, Executive Director of NHSOKLA. “Their feedback will help ensure future planning and investment are informed by the people who know the community best.”
