We offer pre-purchase homebuyer education workshops that prepare prospective buyers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the homebuying process successfully. For those facing financial hardship, our foreclosure prevention services offer critical guidance and support to help homeowners explore all available options and avoid the loss of their homes. Through these services, we empower our community with the tools and resources needed to make informed housing decisions.

Down Payment Assistance/ Loan Fund

Neighborhood Housing Services offers a range of down payment assistance (DPA) programs to help make homeownership more accessible and affordable for low- to moderate-income buyers. Through strategic partnerships and local initiatives, we provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our community. 

Our collaboration with WEOKIE Credit Union through the HomePath Homebuyer Program supports qualified buyers with competitive financing options and educational support. The Open-Door First-Time Buyer Program offers financial assistance and guidance for those entering the housing market for the first time. 

Additionally, we administer down payment assistance programs in partnership with the City of Oklahoma City and the City of Norman, helping to bridge the affordability gap and expand opportunities for stable homeownership across the region.

Our property management team oversees a diverse portfolio of rental units, including those reserved for low- to moderate-income residents, ensuring high-quality maintenance, responsive tenant support, and compliance with housing standards. 

In addition, our real estate services assist individuals and families in navigating the home buying process, from property search to closing. Community Land Trust (The Oklahoma Community Land Consortium)

Neighborhood Housing Services is proud to implement a Shared Equity Community Land Trust (CLT) model that ensures long-term housing affordability while empowering residents through secure homeownership opportunities. Title Services (Neighborhood Title LLC)

Neighborhood Housing Services Oklahoma offers bilingual title services to ensure that all individuals, regardless of language, have clear and confident access to the homebuying process. Our experienced team provides professional title support in both English and Spanish, helping clients understand every step of the transaction—from title searches and insurance to closing coordination.

Low Income Housing Tax Credit Housing (LIHTC)

Neighborhood Housing Services is a proud provider and partner in the development of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing, playing a vital role in expanding access to quality, affordable homes across our communities. Loan Servicing
