Neighborhood Housing Services Oklahoma (NHSOKLA), in partnership with the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), offers down payment assistance to help eligible homebuyers overcome one of the biggest barriers to homeownership. Eligible homebuyers purchasing a home within Cleveland, Logan, or Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, may receive up to $18,999 in down payment and closing cost assistance. Participants also receive homebuyer education and personalized housing counseling to help prepare for successful, sustainable homeownership.
