The Oklahoma Community Land Consortium (OKCLC) is a first for Oklahoma. It is a non-profit organization operating as a community land trust to create affordable housing solutions.
The OKCLC uses a shared equity homeownership model to make buying a home an affordable solution for those with low-to-moderate incomes, who might otherwise be excluded from the housing market.
